This option is for those wishing phone support. The stated cost is for 30 minutes of support. We will call you (US Only), or you can call us, at a predetermined time. If the call lasts less than the ordered time, a refund will be issued or you can bank it towards other work. If you are not located within the United States, then this option can still be ordered but we accept incoming calls only. The support will end once the pre-ordered time has passed. If you think the problem will exceed 30 minutes, then order more than one of this item when placing your initial order to avoid interruption of service. We also have a Skype connection if you prefer that method.
