Added code to include Header Tags for adding pages with the new style of tags
Fixed bug that didn't add page correctly for Header Tags
Changed Browse button to open in the saved directory instead of PageMakers's install directory
Fixed bug when a file name included a dash (-), the code added to the Header Tags file would fail
Changed NewPage so that any reference to the file name in the new English file will use the new filename
Added option to the Miscellaneous tab to replace the product model number in the breadcrumb with the product name for SEO purposes
Added code to Center Shop option to allow using CSS
Added Easy Populate to install tab (pro version only)
Added option to Advanced tab to change the height of the infobox heading (pro version only)
