We only charge for the actual time we take in answering the email so this option offers a very affordable soltuion for problems requirring a long time to solve. The support will end once the pre-ordered time has passed.

This option is intended for problems not requiring us to make code changes. We can make the code changes with this option. However, if we need to download your files and review them here, the time needed to do that can exceed the 30 minutes of this option. If you are not sure if your problem can be solved without us having to download the files, please contact us first with a desription of the problem so that we can suggest the best way to go about it.
